Sharing Assembly 24.10.25

On Friday 24th October we held our first sharing assembly of this academic year. Lots of parents, grandparents and siblings were in attendance.

Foundation - Told us facts about Diwali, the festival of lights, showed us their diya lamps and sang one of their phonic songs.

Year One - Read out their autumn poems inspired after their autumnal walk.

Year Two - Told us lots of facts about camels, penguins, seals, rattlesnakes and scorpions.

Year Three - Performed a song about the Stone Age.

Year Four - Performed a number of songs about water.

Year Five - Were reporters who reported news from Ancient Egypt by interviewing different people.

Year Six - Demonstrated lots of their work linked to WWII - abstract art on the theme of war, blitz silhouettes, non-chronological reports, WWII recipes and the Flanders field poem.

The children did an amazing job. Well done to the children and all the staff for all their hard work.
